I just don't get it. PEDOPHILES can not be rehabilitated!!!! PERIOD!!! SO, what is the hold up!?

The incident happened in Florida and it's a law in that state since 2005, 42 out of 50 states have used it as a model to enact similar legislation but it takes time for new legislation to travel through each state's congress to become law.

You can go to: Jessica Marie Lunsford.org and may be able to find out the States that did vote for this law. If your State is in involved you must contact your Congress, Senate and your State Prosecuting Attorney and see if he/or she can help! It may take time, I agree, but this law was recently put before many States, (Idaho I think and the adjacent States) and were the ones that voted against. Why? I'm not sure. The news showed one State after voting on some issues(?) walking around after they were finished gloating over whatever they had just done, BUT MISSED THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE BEFORE THEM OUR CHILDREN! Don't forget to watch Court T.V. this week on the sentencing phase of the weasel-low-life that raped and buried her alive. I think his last name is Couey ?
