Pencil from MAC or Bobbi Brown. Gel and liquid are super hard unless you have a really steady hand.

ALMAY - [the one that lasts for 16 hours] It works great and doesnt smear or smudge. So if you were crying sweating, its humid or what not it won't be dripping down your face. I'm reading all your other answers and i've tried all those and there not bad but i personally think the almay one is best & reasonable price.

I honestly think pencil is the easiest to apply!!

Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner. It is amazingly easy to apply, it does not run or smudge, and it comes in a wide array of colors. Plus, one tub of it will last forever as long as you close the lid tightly.

Pencil in revlon color stay they have all sorts of colors you can choose from. They have the best brand there.

pencil , the best is Covergirl's Outlast smoothwear. It doesnt smodge, and come's in a few colors. It is cheap and you can find it in any drugstore. (make sure you get waterproof)

I like liquid because it stays on longer, but it take slonger to apply and its harder to do. I use either covergirl black eyepencil or rimmel. Rimmel goes on smooth and looks almost glossy but doesnt smudge onto your eyelid.

I use black eyeshadow (powder) for liner....it's smudges for a smoky look and stays better than a pencil

definetely MAC fluidline..its a gel liner..real easy to use and it dries immediately so there's no mess and you're left with a really sleek clean line. its 17euro and it comes in so many colours.
