I'd get nervous... feel flattered a bit... look you in the eye and tell you that I played for the other team and swim in a different lake. Those who react strongly, want to kick you A**, run away scared, are offended, etc., are 99% uncomfortable with sexuality issues. Need we be reminded that each of came from a male and female, and each of us carries the genetic code of gay behavior, even if it's 1% of who we are. Ever wonder why guys stare at each others' d**k in the showers???

Straight men (not as a whole but many of you) are so insecure and weak in character.
If a guy asks you out you feel threatened, your "manhood" gets crushed, you feel weak and like a freak, how ridiculous!
All you have to do is say sorry buddy I don't play in your park, ya know, I go for the other style the female style.
No big deal, you were not violated, you didn't loose your virginity, no hands laid on you, nothing so please just get real and try to toughen up a bit!
I think the "straight" guys that have to react with violence are probably very insecure and perhaps bordering on gayness themselves otherwise they would not react with the first mask of most emotions......Anger!

Most straight guys would not find it a compliment when a gay man shows any interest in them including friendship.
Knowingly asking out a straight man is a death wish for gays.

Yes!!! I would definetly be offended because these days at school you don't know if they are serious or not. If you have traits of being gay, you'll make a bad name for yourself and you'll be bothered for the rest of you time in school! What if you were 100% gay, and a women asked you out? Maybe you wouldn't feel offended, but you would most likely say No.

My answer is two fold...
(1) If you were to ask me that when I was younger I would have arranged it for you to be eating your meals through a straw for the rest of our life.
(2) I've since, grown up and matured. I would inform you that I don't swing from that funky tree and if you carried it beyond that point, then I would get extremely rude.
I do not approve of homosexuality - BUT - as long as you don't push it on me or on my family, I wont go out of my way to hurt, harass or bother you in any way.

You might not live to see another day. If some homosexual made a pass at me I would probably kill him. That sh#t isn't normal and most people find it very offensive.
