The beach, sunsets, sitting under a nice tree, being with friends and family, looking to the sky, when I see other people having a good time or just watching an old couple still in love, a good song, a nice bed, a hot bath, singing, dancing, buying gifts, My dogs... I am just a happy person. I'm thankful for what everyday brings.

Happiness to me is living my life without regrets. I don't want to ever say, I should've, I could've, I wish I would've, why didn't I, etc... I say no regrets, because when I do something wrong like hurting the people I love and care about, lie, cheat, steal, etc, I have regret. When I don't I don't take a chance to do something that would make my life and the lives of the people around me more full and complete, I have regret. When I don't call my mother and father and brothers everyday just to say that I love them, I have regret. When I feel sorry for myself and dwell on the past, I have regret. Everyday I am faced with choices and opportunities, and everyday I ultimately end up with lost chances and lost opportunities, and know that some day, when I start losing the people in my life that mean the most to me, I will think about all those lost chances to hug and kiss everyone in my life who means something to me. So, I try to live everyday without regret, and make it so that later on in life I will be able to live without regret as well due to the decisions that I make today.

Happiness is finding love with a compatible individual who loves you in return. Happiness is finding ways of expressing yourself in the world. Happiness is having children and helping them find their way. Happiness is making enough to make a beautiful abode for yourself, and helping others find their own abode. Happiness is being able to express yourself without repression and being able to formulate a representation of yourselves and your ideas. Happiness is knowing that, when you die, someone on this earth will revere what you have taught them. It is the knowledge that you have left something of lasting value on this earth, and that others, though they may not have given you recognition on earth, will acknowledge you and give you honor, when you are no longer on the earth.

Happiness cannot happen without good health. If you strive to have good health, eat wholesome, organic food, and don't believe the lies and fraud of conventional, mainstream medicine, and the pharmaceutical drug cartels, you will be well on your way to happiness.
