Ask one of the ward attendants there to help you. They should be monitoring you anyway.

Put the water in the tray, and then put the tray in the freezer. Wait two hours until the water has turned into ice.

Ice is just frozen water. So, pour the water evenly into the ice tray. Then (Be careful!!!) take it over to the freezer and put it in. About an hour later, you should have ice.

What kinda ice are you talking about?? Well just put the tray in the freezer and wait till it gets frozen. The other kind you would have to ask a crack dealer for the recipe.

Now you just need a canister of liquid nitrogen and some gloves. Attain those and ask again.
