a man who died last week aged 101 was the oldest man ever to be convicted, he killed his wife aged 99, although it was a mercy killing, the judge had to jail him for it.

There was a great granny on the news today, convicted of growing cannabis. And she is going to continue using it for pain. She cooks with it and has been convicted before for sharing it with all her friends, I know it is wrong
but at the same time i couldn't stop laughing she has a lot of guts,she said if the police come back she will make them a cup of tea but nothing else.

I don't know the answer to your question but I just felt someone ought to help HmgBrd with her history. Joan of Arc was burnt at the stake for heresy. The king you may be thinking about who cut off his wife's heads was Henry 8th. He had 6 wives but only executed 2 of them for treason. (That was the way of politics in those days) His first wife he divorced after 17 years of marriage. One wife survived him.
It is believed that Jack the Ripper actually committed suicide before they could arrest him

Wasn't it the girl who got burnt on a stake, right in front of all the town's people, for being a Christian..."Joan of Ark" I do believe her name was.. Maybe, she was a "Witch" and not a Christian.. I dont remember which.. but, I think that King, who beheaded all of his wives, should have been burnt to the stake, for all of his horrible spousal abuse!!! I dont know what ended-up happening to him?HM? Jack the Ripper, was never caught, I dont think anyway.. If he was, he was one, who was arrested in early days... I cant think of many more, hun...
