He's not dead. It's a clone. Or a skrull. Or a robot. Or maybe the Cap from an alternate universe.
Let's face it, they've brought back Bucky, Uncle Ben and Jason Todd. Nobody ever stays dead in comics. I just hope there's a decent storyline as the result of this.
