Are you talking about... El Chupacabra! ? Definately myth. I would be more inclined to believe in the blair witch. Not to say the attacks weren't real, but I think it was something else that caused them. The halmark of a myth is the description of parts from different animals. What it it? The body of a goat and the head of a serpent? Yeah. No.
