Well kinda hard to say before Johnson has ANY NFL experience isn't it? Although if I had a choice I would pick him over Moss. You know you get a headache with Moss, and that is about all you are sure of. I'd rather have something I'm unsure about.

I'd take Calvin Johnson over Randy Moss any day of the week. Johnson is a bigger, more physical receiver. Even if he hasn't been drafted yet, he's still more appealing than Moss. Randy Moss is one of those flashy, selfish receivers, just like Chad Johnson, Steve Smith, and Keyshawn Johnson. Plus, he's lost a step and drops balls left and right. And then he tries to blame it on his coach, saying his mind wasn't in the game. He needs to quit making excuses and earn his f*cking paycheck. Calvin Johnson is going to be a far better receiver than Randy Moss ever was. I say the Raiders trade Moss for a decent QB, and draft Johnson with the first pick. That's the smart thing to do. Randy Moss has been nothing but a cancer in the Raiders locker room.

It depends on the situation. Randy Moss is a veteran that knows a lot of offensive terminology in the pros and has already adjusted for life in the professional leagues. He also has lost a step from his earlier years and comes with a lot of "baggage" about being a selfish player and a locker room cancer.

Calvin Johnson has worlds of potential and is still healthy and speedy. The sky is the limit for this guy - but he is not there yet (think about the hype we heard about Braylon Edwards a couple of years ago). He needs to adjust to the pro game and learn a lot of terminology.

Calvin would be the better pick for most teams but Randy might be a cheaper investment for a club looking to win right now e.g. the Patriots.

First of all Calvin Johnson hasnt even been drafted and Randy Moss is just old and his prime days are over. Not a very fair comparison at all.

That's an easy question. Randy Moss is better because Calvin Johnson has not played a single NFL game. He hasn't shown us anything, so until he uses that great ability in a professional environment, Randy is better.

Calvin Johnson is totally overrated, of course Randy Moss is better. But the best is Dallas Baker, WR from Florida

Right now, it's Randy Moss. He has better numbers than Johnson does in the NFL, because Johnson has not been drafted yet. If you want to know who will be the better player from here on out, it's definitely going to be Johnson (unless the Lions draft him. Then he'll drift into oblivion).

It is still early to say since Calvin hasn't played in the NFL yet. However, the similar speeds, 4.3(RM) to 4.359CJ), similar heights 6'4"(RM) to 6'4"or6'5"(CJ) leave the only real differences being mass and drive. Calvin has been listed as everything from 230 to 245, Randy seems to be in the 210 range. So it would appear that Calvin is either the same height or up to an inch taller and carries at least an extra 20-35 pounds and only gives away a half second.

Lastly, Calvin is known for giving his all on every play, no matter if he is going out for a pass, acting as a decoy, blocking, or taking a reverse. Randy is known for taking a decent portion of his plays off.

Like I said it is too early to tell, but I would sure rather have CJ than Randy.

You can't know yet. Calvin Johnson might be a total bust(highly unlikely) if all we know. Randy Moss had several outstanding seasons with the Vikings. So ask again in 2 years.
