Your point is? If you EVER took just a basic economics class you would realize, although its better to not have debt, its not a problem. The national debt is just another thing liberals use to scare people. Like social security with the elderly. How is that if we couldn't cover the debt by selling everything on ebay, Bush has a plan to cut it in half? You make it sound like its impossible to pay down!

So what if we DONT cover it? Is everybody going to be evicted from the entire country? If anybody tries to foreclose on US we can just blow them up. We ran up most of that debt protecting a bunch of surrender jockeys anyway. We could probably repay our defecit if the Eurohacks would just repay their war debts.

The US debt is about 4.9 trillion.

We produce 12 trillion.
