Since I only know the terms in other language, it's hard for me to read all the "workouts" (for ex. what does pull, kick, etc mean?) And do most of the workout pertrain only to the front crawl? I want to work on my technique since it has been a while. Any ideas or thoughts?

Here are the definitions for you:
PULL- When you use the buoy between your legs and mainly use your arms. ( The buoy is the piece of foam between your legs most of the time its blue)
KICK- Kick with a kickboard

I missed a whole 2 months of swimming and it was really hard to get back into it. It felt like I had never swam before.

Once a swimmer, always a swimmer! That's my theory.

You can do it. Just start small and keep practicing. Find workouts that ARE written in your language (the internet is a fabulous thing!) or have them translated for you. You can even make up your own workouts or get a video to show you drills/technique (sporting goods stores have these).

Good luck!!!

Just keep practicing. Practice makes perfect you know. I have been swimming for awhile, and pulling is called breaststroke, and if you have ever watched a frog swim its legs bend when it swims. And freestyle, (the front crawl) you swim with half your head in the water and keep kicking. Try again and again, and again you can do it!!! I know you can!!!

I know I'm not good at answering but.... I'll try to help you.
Just pedal your feet fast and move your arms like your pulling the water to the back of you. And if you want to go under water, do the same thing, but hold your breath.
