What do you mean "what to do"??? He's an ex boyfriend for a reason. If you still have feelings for him then maybe you shouldn't have broken up with him. And if he broke up with you and now has a new girlfriend, then clearly he doesn't want to be with you! Unless he seems willing to break up with his girlfriend and go back to you, then what else can you do but move on???

you can try to let him know you still have feelings for him, but its probably not going to make much of a difference since he is dating someone, if he wanted to be back with you then he wouldnt have started dating someone else, but instead tried to work on the relationship with you, it might be best just to move on since there are plenty of other fish in the sea....
