Press ctrl + shift + c. Then type
boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true - You must type it exactly like that. Then use < > keys to turn the object after you pick it up.

Type "help" into cheat dialogue box and there should be the cheat you're looking for listed there.
I can't really remember it but the cheat has something to do with 45 degrees.
