Shave them.
I shave my arms, I've been doing so since I was atleast 12. I am now 15, don't believe the whole 'it grows back thicker than before' thing. Honestly, it takes longer for the hair on your arms to grow back than the hair on your legs. However, when you shave your arms, it does cause a few little pimple like things on your forearms that you can get rid of by washing them with a face wash such as Noxzema. Since you are only 13, you should probably ask your parent/guardian for permission first. If they say no, just tell them how you feel about it, tell them how embarrassing it is for you. If they still say no, write a note/letter to them, that's what I did. It worked like magic :)
Hope I helped.

Hmm, exciting question and that i completely get some ofthe solutions yet there's a diverse undertone of slender-mindedness. i'm a (promptly and thankfully married) guy and that i desperate a on a similar time as in the past that i myself hated being so bushy and so now i'm getting complete physique waxes as frequently as i'm able to arise with the money for it. I stay interior the united kingdom and we've had a awful summer season yet i recently went to the u . s . a . for a holiday the place it replaced into plenty warmer and so I wore shorts the great time. They have been the in simple terms-above-the-knee type somewhat than short shorts. even with the certainty that, no person looked remotely attracted to my soft calves and knees. My element is that i'm getting waxed for me, no longer for everyone else and maximum folk have have been given their very own lives to be concerned approximately besides somewhat than situation approximately everyone else's legs and how bushy they're or are not. additionally, having your legs waxed is not any indication of sexuality or gender identity.

I had this problem when I was your age. You can ask your mom to help you wax them, or if you have dark hair and don't want to start waxing just yet, try a cream bleach that drugstores sell thats specifically for body hair. It will lighten it up and it won't be as noticable. Just don't shave it, it will make it grow out stubbly.

avoid wearing t-shirts if your not comfortable wearing them. instead wear long-sleeved shirts, with a thin material so you don't get hot.
if you really want to wear short sleeved tops, just wax or shave the hair off. i would say wax as shaving causes the hair to grow back thicker than before.

Dont shave them. when it grows back, itll be rough and spiky, just like how your legs would feel after shaving. Waxing continuously might get expensive, have you considered getting it bleached? a lighter colour wouldnt show up on your skin so much.

Get them waxed. Yes it hurts, but you will like the end results. This is cheaper than having the hair removed by laser.

No, arm hair is sexy. Is it like the soft peach fuzz kind? No, dont get rid of it...that would be a waste of time and it will only grow back thicker/
