I thought that since they beat liverpool 1-0 they still qualify?

If the aggregate scores are equal after both legs, the team with most away goals qualify for the next round, so Liverpool's two goals in Barcelona means they go through.. and Barcelona are OUT!

well, they, lost on aggregate.they lost to Liverpool 2-1 at camp nou.on aggregate it's 2-2 plus Liverpool 2 away goal.
