I genuinely have had knee issues considering the fact that 1987. First, a torn ACL and then a cartilage/menicus tear. i ultimately had to have surgical operation for the two injuries. i might advise which you visit an orthopedic wellbeing care provider and get his/her suggestion, and even have an MRI carried out on your knee. often the torn cartilage must be bumped off and smoothed out. Your severe exercising may be doing extra injury than sturdy, so additionally ask your wellbeing care provider how lots and how lots workouts you'll be doing. a lot of human beings visit a knowledgeable actual therapist after surgical operation. Squatting is between the worst issues you're able to do on your knees.

hahah well after a quick thought I knew for sure what my answer would be....Tearing the cartilage in your knee may be really painful and may even contiunue to be painful even after years....Having a baby HURTS, and then you still have the hurts til either you die or the baby dies which if you have children know that that kind of hurt, pain, is the worst. So....the joys of having a baby will win over any pain I have to go through but I dont get any joy out of tearing the cartilage in my knee even if I got a million dollar signing bonus and then never had the joy of playing full out again...see what I am saying?

Well tearing the cartilage the pain lasts quite a while. Having a baby the pain is gone once you have the baby. Unless you have to be cut either episiotomy or C-Section, then you have a little more pain for a little longer. I would much rather go thru the pain of having a baby then another ACL repair.

Don't know about the baby thing but I've torn cartilage in both knees, had 2 operations, and 10 years later I still have pain when I sit too long.

well, both hurt pretty badly. when i had my daughter they ended up doing a c-section. while i'm sure it wasn't as painful as actually delivering, i was hurting pretty badly for a couple days. now, i haven't torn the cartilage in my knee, but when my daughter was 3 months old, i hyper-extended my knee and fractured the plateau of my tibia ( i broke my knee). that had to have been the most painful thing ever. it's been two years since then and my knee still kills me. while my scar from the c-section doesn't bother me at all.

Not even close! Having a baby is hurts so much more! It's a whole different kind of hurt. Unless you've experienced child birth, you could never really understand.

Tearing your knee. Trust me, that pain never stops. It's continous, even if you have surgery to replace it.
