I've been last week in Tunisia from Tunis till Matmata.The temperature was from 28 'C up North till 35 'C south (Douz-Matmata).In Sahara during the night I thought that it would be cold instead we found a very pleasant breeze!

if it is march over there i would assume it is spring and spring on the ocean is very pleasent weather in tunisia, i geuss it would depend on where in tunisia you are.
