Well, the scenario goes like this...I met this guy at a gym club I attend.I wasn't really attracted to him, but he seemed really nice and comforting.Everytime I would see him, he's always come up to me and see how i was doing.I notice there was a ltlle flirting action going on, he gave me his cell number and when I called him he told me he found me to be VERY Attractive, and that if I ever wanted to hang out ot go to a movie call him, so i finally did three weeks ago..and all I can say is that he hasn't been positive.I told him that we should hang out, he tells me in a couple of weeks because he has no money, then i call hima few weeks later and he tells me that he's busy, maybe next week, I text message him to see if we were going out still, he tells me that some things came up, and he was suppossed to hang out with a few people, and he'll let me know he was free...so I'm feeling very rejected.,and I don't know why all the distance from him, when he intiated the "hanging out

If you don't like him that much, and he's been cancelling dates with you and not really intiating anything besides telling you that he found you very attractive, let the relationship fade. He seems to find commitment to a date hard enough, so commitment in a relationship would probably be a lot for this person at this point in his life. You'd be better trying to find someone else. After all, there wasn't much substance to begin with. There already is distance that's been created by him, all you have to do is not initiate anything on your side and it will probably slowly end.

However, if you really want to get to know him better, trust your instict and keep at him. Eventually he'll be free...unless he is hiding something from you like another girlfriend or just a major problem in his life. If you think this relationship is worth saving, then there might be something there. If not, move on.

Maybe he had high expectations for you and after you hung out he changed his mind, maybe he thought you would be easy and when he didn't get any decided to move on, maybe he got what he wanted and now has moved on. Who knows why people do and say some of the things they do all I know is its not worth wasting your time worrying over.
