No driving on public areas (including roads) without a licence.
Ever.
The police will screw you if they catch you.
We're talking about them withdrawing your right to get a licence for years to come.
Driving:
Get in car.
Adjust seat.
Check mirrors point where you want them to.
Engine on.
Clutch down.
Take first gear.
Slowly release clutch and hand brake at same time - keeping the engine up to revs with the accelerator (that's the hard bit).
To stop:
Hit the footbrake AND the clutch, or you'll stall it.
To change gear:
Clutch down (maintain revs with accelerator).
Take required gear.
Slowly release clutch.
You'll need lessons from an instructor on observation, etiquette and road signs before you drive on the road, too.
If you're from USA:
Accerator = gas pedal
You may not have a clutch - this would mean that the accelerator is a 'go' pedal and the footbrake is the 'stop' pedal. Beware, it keeps moving at tickover 'till you hit the brake.
Be very careful, and take it slow.
Remember, not on the roads 'till you've a licence.

Sorry, but there is no way to fake it. It requires practice to be smooth and confident at it.
I would suggest that you tell him the truth - that you can't drive yet. Blame your parents for not letting you learn at an older age.
On a serious note - it really is not a good idea for you to fake it. What if you hit a person in the street? or another car? What about if you damage your boyfriend's car? All of these things have very serious consequences - and I am sure none of them will make your relationship with your boyfriend any better.

Since you obviously are inexperienced, I'd say your boyfriend is not the "brightest crayon in the box"!! Befopre letting you drive the car, he should at least have you get a "learner's permit" and some basic lessons. My advice is to get yourself a new boyfriend and forget about driving until you're legally old enough to do so!

Forget about your boyfriend. Don't drive until you have your license. I would suggest taking a driving course from a qualified instructor. This will also help you get lower insurance rates when you are old enough to drive.
If you wreck your boyfriends car, how long do you think you'll still be his girlfriend?????

Courtney please go to your local driver's ed, before you start driving cars your not a policy holder on!
For now let your man drive you, get your mom or dad to take you out a few times first so when you do show him your skills he'll be impressed.
