Have you suffered any side affects because of it? was your partner to blame because of their 'issues'? How did you deal with this, fool around, masturbate, or just go without? I really need to compare my situation to that of others, so Thank you for your openness and honesty.

When I was with my ex-wife I went over a year on 2 occasions and nearly 2 years on another. we were married 9 1/2 years and probably made love 50 times total. This was due to some issue she had because I was more then willing. I never cheated on her but did have to settle for masturbation on a regular basis.

So far the longest has been now...I'm waiting the 6 weeks cuz I had a baby. its been 3 1/2 weeks...it sucks. but I blow him everyday and let him touch me as much as he wants (but he cant go inside)
I mean you'll be fine not doing anything, if you can get over the annoyance facotr you'll soon just lose your drive for it till its rekindled.
But dont you dare fool around on your partner! Also try playing with them...touch each other and what not. dont do it alone. For some reason that feels really dirty and dishonest in my opinion. Your not an animal, just get over it. Do something else...exercise

The longest ive gone would be a little over a month. I kinda lost interest with my ex and was always too tired. I just went without. Although, thats me and sex isnt really a big deal to me.

It has been a little over a year since my husband and I have had sex. Just because we dont get along and fight all the time. For a long time it didnt bother me, but since january I have been having an affair with an old friend that I ran into. I know it is wrong, but im only human

11 weeks I'm an over the road truckdriver , at that time the loads were all good payin and we needed the money at home , holidays , college tuition and home repairs . what can I say , but that I don't fool around with the hookers in the truckstops . worst is when gettin home and being able to find the time , . wife also works and with 4kids at home over xmas holidays was hard to find the time to ourselves , but some how we managed

It depends on a lot of things, if your partner isn't interested, it could be a lot of things. Age, stress, kids, mental, physical.
You should set down like adults and discuss whats going on with her, if she doesn't want to talk about it, suggest counseling, if neither work
You need to look into more sinister things, is she cheating? You may have to hire a P.I. to help you, if that's needed email me and I'll find you someone to look into her cheating

7months. Wife was have joint and muscle pain. Now I give her a massage EVERY night. So we are intimate every 4-5 months. I sometimes feel that she just doesn't care about me anymore. There are other family members that need her attention, her son (25), her sisters (41,49), and assorted friends. I have to just wait in line.

On two different occasions, we went about a month. Not by choice. One time was due to my ectopic pregnancy. And the other was due to a cyst rupturing on my ovary, and needing surgery due to that. No fun. But it was doctors orders, so we had to deal with it.

11 months while husband deployed. Have another deployment coming up soon and I think it will be a long one...rumor is up to 18 months. Will suck but we can deal.
