First, congratulations on sticking to your vow of waiting til marriage. Despite what everyone thinks, there are MANY Christian based sex books. Some are technical, some are more emotional.
Off the top of my head, I know of 2 -
The Act of Marriage (Tim and Beverly LaHaye)
The Gift of Sex (Penner & Penner - don't remember their first names)
CBD.com is a huge Christian online bookstore - here's a link to the books available on sexuality (within the marriage category)
http://www.christianbook.com/Christian/Books/easy_find?N=5100+1034287&Ne=1000000&Nu=product%2Eendeca%5Frollup&Ns=product%2Enumber%5Fsold&event=HPT&Nso=1&category=Books
If the link doesn't work, go to www.cbd.com and enter sexuality in the search bar, see what comes up. There's about 100 to choose from, some more appropriate for what you're looking for than others.
Also, here's a website to check out - believe it or not, it's a CHRISTIAN site, with NO porn. They sell all sorts of books, games, and... uhm... how to say this nicely... marriage enhancement tools?? (ok, they sell sex toys)
http://www.book22.com/merchant2/
For more info, check out www.christianitytoday.com, and go to the women's or marriage section, read the articles and q&a sections.
I think that should be enough to get you started... if you need/want any more info, feel free to email me privately through Y!A.

RE:
Are there any good books for Christian newlyweds about sex?
My husband and I have been married for 7 months and are struggling slightly without sex life. We waited until marriage to have sex and it's continued to be uncomfortable for me. I'm interested in a book that's frank, realistic, and illustrated that has a Christian overtone.

Okay I did a quick search and the only things I could find concerning "Christian guide to sex" was links to how to overcome sex addiction and how to steer teens away from premarital sex and how the church has mislead people about the function and joys of sex. So, NOTHING that is useful for your question.
I do know a book that has some good stuff in it that isn't christian, but I'm sure if you run into something that you find objectionable you know how to take the good and leave the bad. (link)
http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Idiots-Guide-Amazing-Sex/dp/0028643763
Also, because your not afraid of self help books I'd like to suggest two books (christian tilt) that have helped my marriage. "The Five Love Languages" and "The Five Languages of Apology". We went through some hard times last year and I praise these books all the time. (links below)
A piece of advice my mother gave me about sex. "If you aren't laughing or smiling during sex, then you aren't doing it right." and from a lame movie I can't remember the name of, "Sex is like Chinese food. The meal isn't over until everyone has their cookie."

I think there is a book called Intimacy in marriage But i am not sure who the author is. Go to your local Christian bookstore and they may be able to help you find good books as well. I also suggest http://www.marriagetoday.org to you. You may also want to email Jimmay and Karen Evans from that site abnd ask them about this as well. I think they may have some great advice and help for you! It is a great website and very helpful. I will be praying for you and your marriage:) We are Christians too and it is so nice to meet another Christian married couple on here.

I have a book written by christian author couple Diana & John Hagee. It's called 'WHAT EVERY WOMAN WANTS IN A MAN'
(the women read this side, the flip side for men is...) 'WHAT EVERY MAN WANTS IN A WOMAN.' I bought it for my husband one Valentines day & we enjoyed reading it together. It talks about qualities for nurturing intimacy & essentials for growing deeper in love. Don't feel embarassed or ashamed to talk to your husband about your feelings. Open communication is very important for a good marriage & for good sex. You can find this book at any bookstore. I found mine at WalMart for about $15. Buy it & read it together. And may I add that it's great that you waited 'til marriage! Good luck!

Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. This website will show you how to save a marriage and avoid divorce, even if you're the only one trying https://tr.im/yxS7o

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/AvoidDivorce
It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.
