Why don't the state put the money and everything that her daughter in suppose to be inheriting into a trust that cannot be touched until the child reaches 21 years of age. Meaning that whoever wins custody of this child has to support the child out of love verses wealth. there could be a separate account for school, clothing, and life but at 6 months of age what do this child need so that will cost anywhere in the thousands or millions. This should be about love and not greed from the father as well as the grandparents.

You have a very simple answer for all those involved. To bad your not there to be one of their lawyers. Why does everyone have to make things so complicated?

I totally agree with you. Everybody is after that childs money and that is so not right. That is HER money for HER needs...I am with you on putting it in a trust fund until she turns 18 or 21 yrs old. Actually, you are right...make it 21 yrs old cause people are still kinda immature at 18 yrs old. Love the child, not her money!!!
