No,it will not.
As announced at the 2006 Electronic Entertainment Expo, Grand Theft Auto IV will be released domestically for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 16. Europe will get the game three days later. It will presumably have an M rating and $59.99 price point.

To set the record straight, Nintendo is not opposed to M rated games. In fact, there's going to be more M rated games on the Wii than there were on the GC.

The reason that Rockstar isn't making a GTA game for the Wii is simply because the Wii can't handle what Rockstar has in mind for the game. To begin with, the most obvious is that the Wii's graphics pales in comparison to the PS3 and 360. Second, I don't know how much the Wii disk holds, but it's probably no where near the DVD-9 or Blu-ray capacity. GTA IV is a huge world, so all that info won't fit in 1 Wii disk. Third, Rockstar is a whore. It will make games for any system as long as that company pays Rockstar. GTA IV was supposed to be a Sony exclusive for a time period, but MS paid Rockstar, so the 360 version is coming out at the same time as the PS3 version.

Cubed3.com is reporting that Nintendo could get Grand Theft Auto on its upcoming Wii console.
Nintendo has, in the past, avoided games like GTA but now they're talking to dozens of Third Party publishers (including Take-Two who could bring GTA to Wii).
Nintendo of America's president, Reggie Fils-Aime recently spoke with MTV about how Nintendo is in the process of trying to enlist as many companies as possible. He said:

In the interview, he said "We're reaching out to every publisher, frankly every day. I'll be spending some time later today with the folks over at Take Two to see what type of support they can give our console. The fact is there will be M-rated content on the Wii console. EA has already announced that they're bringing The Godfather to our console. And we want every single best-selling game to be available on Wii. Whatever that content is."

No, that system is geared toward the younger crowd.

Only on 360 and PS3 is your best bet.

Almost definitely no. Wii is geared more towards parties and children; more of a social console.

I'd expect it on PS3.
