i have this male friend and for some reason he always asking about other guys in my life,he knows that im single but yet he stil makes references to other guys being around.i invited him to my house and he asked how often i ahve my friends over and i told him a few times a week,and he said even guys so i told him yea i,ve had guy friends over before but they were strickly friends of mine.it seemed like he didnt like that much,why does he care about silly things like that when he and i arent even dating?

He's obviously considering having you as more than a friend and wants to know what type of girl you are before he makes any move. Most guys (when they really care about a girl) dont like the fact that she has a lot of male friends around. That's just how they are..... He likes you.

He probably doesn't like it very much, because he likes you. He doesn't want you knowing a whole bunch of guys, because he wants you to be with him, but he's probably to shy to admit it. Give it time, let him have time, stay good friends with him, and if you want to have a relationship with him later, you probably will have the chance, but if not, he'll just have to deal with having you as a friend, and you having other friends as well.

I'm sure it's probably just that. He likes you, and doesn't know how to say it, but in the meantime he doesn't want any other guy getting in the way. Just ride it out, stay for the show. Whatever happens, happens. And don't let him get upset if you have other male friends, explain to him what your feeling, you are friends, so don't be a stranger.

Seems to me that he's really into you..and likes you. He's probably just shy to ask you out or feels intimidated. The little hints that he's giving off, he himself may not be aware of because he probably just can't hold back the thought of you being with another guy. If you like him or are willing to give him a chance to be more than a friend, then go for it and ask him. But if you don't .. and he continues to act jealous then I suggest you break it down for him. =]

He probably cares because he likes you. He thinks that he can act like that and you won't find out because girls aren't "smart" [which is a lie] about that kind of stuff. Or, maybe he's just really close to you and he doesn't want the other guys to act all "sexual" around you. I think he likes you, though. Ask him, what's the worse that can happen

I think that he is so concerend about who you have over because deep down he has feeling for you. He wants to protect you from other guys so that you might fall for him. He probabaly wants you badly. Yo should ask him if he does have feelings for you if he is such a good griend he would admit the feeling he has for you.

Sounds a little like he wants to be a little more then your friend.
If it continues and makes you uneasy he's not a true "friend" or date him if you like him??? Sounds like he may have a jealous streak (beware, beware, warning warning red flag)!
