i want to start of and say thank you all 4 helping loads which you all did thank you again iam still split with my ex wife and iam happy for a change iam just geting on with my life she can have who she wants. as long as she is happy i thought i could no longer cope with all the stress but i have 2 lovely boys to look after and help grow up which has helped so much me and the ex are good friends now much more then we were together.which is good for both of us.i have a new job and life is sweet i do still miss the boys loads but thats going to happan .thanks again for the support and help trev xxx

Keep looking up, you sound like your enjoying yourself.
The kids will come around and they will learn who you are as strong and supportive dad.
