Me and my friends started a school anime club last year at a nearby library (we could not find the resources at the school). Mrs. Saxton, the librarian who has done everything for us and the schoolkids helped us a lot. She brought in anime, food, and other things. She does other activities with us but she really likes the anime club and all of us the most. But, more kids from the school started coming to the library and making it loud and stuff. One of my new friends frm this year decided to make a club at the school with a student teacher who liked anime too. Because of this, I asked Mrs. Saxton to have the library club once a month. But there's one problem. Their both on thursdays. One at the library was set up but everybody was at the school club and nobody showed up. I came in and Mrs. Saxton was very disappointed and sad nobody came. The kids refuse to have the two joined as one club. They want me to cancel the library and break Mrs.Saxton's heart after all her work. What do I do?

It would be a good idea to join both clubs together. Depending on what you mean by students being loud, if it is because of the environment then maybe you should move the meeting place for the club and if it is because of the student who attend the meetings then you should address this problem with them. Tell them that they are too loud or ask the teacher to make rules for the students so that the noise level can remain at an acceptable level. You could also talk to both of the adults in the situation and ask them if they can hold the clubs on different days so that students can attend either one without feeling that they are letting someone down. You can also have the two adults talk about it and see if they can come to some sort of compromise. I am pretty sure if they see how much everyone enjoys the clubs then they won't have a problem making the clubs work for everyone.

You seem to have a good head on your shoulders and a capable leader. Take charge and work out a compromise with both groups. Explain the the kids the advantages of combining both clubs (more members to work with, double the supplies of two clubs). Go to the student teacher for help. Explain to him/her the situation with Mrs. Saxon and how much she has helped. He/she will be able to assist with joining the clubs and arranging times and places.

You should have them combine. The kids should NOT be in charge of tat, because with two administrators, the idea will even be better! Two heads are better than one. Besides, what is wrong with combining the two clubs?
