Because PSV was underestimated by Arsenal and PSV is a better team with many lesser-known stars like Farfan, Kone, Salcido, etc.

Well, it was surprising, but that how soccer is. I think Arsenal lost because they did not show their soccer. They just let the other team control the ball the entire game, and when the had some opportunities they could think and do everything the wrong way. I think they just did not know what to do with a team almost unknown that was wining. I am sorry for them but PSV deserved to win the game for showing how awesome their soccer is, and for letting people know that your name does not matter, what matters is how skillful you are.

Because they have no back bone, they need some British grit, look at the other English teams and their stars Liverpool Gerrard and Carra, Chelsea Terry and Lampard, Man Utd Rooney Scholes and Neville.
