Don't know a site but if you have Veizon you can send it to your phone by using email on computer and sending the 30 sec. mp3 clip to xxxxxxxxxx@vzwpix.com (x's represent your 10 digit phone number) Get the songs from limewire or convert them to mp3 and use MPTRIM (SEARCH IN GOOGLE) to trim to 30 sec. clip
