2 times per day.
one in the morning, and one at night after I shower.
and sometimes if I have to change shoes during the day I change my socks too.

but I only wear socks if I have to leave the house... prefer to be barefoot.

I don't usually wear socks...(bare, stockings or tights) If I did, I'd change it at night.
