I'm proud of your brother. Make him proud of you by applying yourself and doing the paper yourself. One of the things he's defending is your rights - including the right to an education!

Candidates- Abraham Lincoln (Republican - won), Stephen Douglas (Northern Democratic),John Cabell Breckenridge (Southern Democrat), and John Bell (Constitutional Union)

Look up the Lincoln/Douglas debates of 1858. They will help you tremendously.

I don't think that having someone do your homework for you will make anyone proud of you.

Besides, since I don't have your history book in front of me, I'm not sure who the four candidates are in the question. But I'm guessing you could read the book, and if you need extra help, look up more information on them online if you really needed to. But I'm pretty sure that your most valuable resource is going to be your book or any other papers or materials that your teacher may have given you.

Not to be rude-but why don't you do your own homework? Just Google who were the upcoming presidential candidates in the 1860's-it's very easy, try wikipedia.
