Norway is the country you're talking of. It goes all the way up to and past the Arctic Circle 66 1/2 degrees north of the equator.

Norway. You should really learn to use an atlas--the world is getting more "global" all the time. Get a globe or a big flat map of the world and hang it on the wall behind your computer monitor. It's handy and even decorative and better than a rock star poster for you. When you watch the news or read a book it's interesting to know where things are.

I am most grateful to one of my sociology professors, Rade Radacinovich, who taught me how to find ANYTHING on a map. It has stuck with me all these years.

Generically, Norway is.
But, if you count Greenland (which is owned by Denmark, which is also a Scandinavian country), then they are certainly further north.
