All depends on where he is doing it.
It is healthy to pee, but if you are doing it standing by your desk at work, you have a problem.

Absolutely normal! There are a lot of nerve endings there. Some people have more sensitive nipples than others. Some women have nipples that aren't very sensitive and some men have nipples that are. So don't worry about it. It's not a gender thing as much as people want to think it is.
