Preseed is good - i've heard lots of people fall pregnant using it. Its a lube that is good for sperm, makes them live longer and move quicker!

Just have sex alot. Try all kinds of position!! Theres doggie style,riding on top,legs in the air and many more.

not sure about products but sex every other day not every day. otherwise the sperm count will be low if you do it every day. hold your legs and butt up in the air right after he ejaculates.
