There is no general molecular shape of a fluorescent protein. But if you just google "GFP protein structure" you will get one. Also luciferase is not a fluorescent protein, it is an enzyme that when given it's substrate, luciferen, will catalyze the reaction that causes luciferin to fluoresce/luminesce.
