I have been having unprotected sex with my fianee and he only went in me one time. I know it is possible to get pregnant even if he doesn't go in me if it's unprotected. He went in me on 2/12/07 and my period was due 2/22/07. I never got my period, there has been two times since the 12th that I went to the restroom and there was the littlest blood, the rest of the times I went to the bathroom after that, there was nothing. Since the 21st, I have taken at least 4 hpt's and they all came out negative. I wont go to the doctor until I get a positive because I am not going to pay a fortune for a hpt there or a blood test unless I know for sure I am. I would rather waste a little money getting hpts at the store than going to the doctor and spending over $100 on a hpt or blood test... What do you think is going on? What do you guys think? I have thrown up 1 time out of no where, Im not sick to my tummy,I have abdomine an back pains, my breasts have been sore an seem bloated..Wats going on?

wait a week or 2 more, and test again. even if they come out negitive, you still have to go to the dr and find out whats wrong and why youre not getting your period.. good luck and God bless!!

Honestly,
It sounds like your are pregnant and that your body hasnt produced enough HCG to be detected in your urine by a HPT. Trying using different brands of HPT since each brand detects a different amount of this hormone.

Also, more than likely you conceive on the 12th so a pregnancy test wouldn't be postive until 2 weeks after your conceive and the slight bleeding could be implantation bleeding.

As far as the Dr it would be kind of pointless to go right now since most Dr.'s don't want to see you untill your at least 6-8 weeks.

If you are worried about the tests being wrong, go to planned parenthood, they take care of you for free if you dont have insurance.

My co worker had the same deal but she did not get her period for maybe 2 months. Her and her husband had been trying to conceive but this was the first time she missed her period. After a few weeks she took the pregnancy test that she bought at a store and both (it had two in it) came out negative. She was weirded out after a month so she went ot the doctor and had a pregnancy test done which was negative. Then she went back for a blood test... and negative! After a few weeks she bled a little then a few days later she had her period. It was weird but she felt funky like how you described because of the fact that her period was late. You could just be late and your body is reacting to it.

Sometimes a negative test can be positive, and if you missed your period that was due on Feb. 22nd, yes...pregnancy is definitely a possibility. How soon after your expected period did you take the test? Sometimes you have to wait at least a week or so to receive correct results.I would try another test and if it comes back negative again, and you still haven't started your period...you NEED to go to the Dr. because (not to worry you or anything) but it could be something more serious. I would say signs point to yes, but you can never know for sure without a Doc. or the test.

It can take a while sometimes for your body to build up enough of the pregnany hormone to get an accurate reading on a home pregnancy test. Dont stress that can make your period not come if you are not pregnant. If I had to make an educated guess from your symptoms you sound pregnant to me. If you are pregnant and you want to have a healthy baby you need to fork up the $$ and go to your dr. Wouldnt you prefer to spend the money to find out that your not pregnant then wait, find out you are and something bad happen because you didnt start getting proper pregnancy care and testing as early as possible? $100 for a test is a small price to pay for a life time of guilt because you ignored your body and didnt get the health care you and your baby would need. False negatives in HPT's aren't uncommon. From what you've described, I'd say there's a very good chance you're pregnant.

Wait another week and try another HPT. If it's still negative and you're still symptomatic, go to the doctor for the test.

I know you don't want to spend the $$, but it's best to find out early if you're pregnant so you can get quality pre-natal care.

Just wait another week or two and take another test. Don't do it every other day. otherwise you might be jsut wasting money. It is very possible you could be pregnant but it is also possible that you had a light light period. Just wait another week to take a test, then a week after that if you still have a negative and no period.

Your pregnant it sounds like. Just go spend the money or go to a planned parenthood where they can test you for free as long as you don't make a lot of money. You are dealing with possibly 2 lives might be worth 100 dollars. Also have your man bust on your chest.

Does your insurance not cover blood tests?

It only cost me a 20.00 office visit

I mean if you keep taking tests it is going to get up their anyway

Their is a chance that these tests are not detecting pregnancy even though you are

If you cannot afford to go to your regular doctor, try a free clinic or Planned Parenthood. They should be able to give you a affordable blood test. Blood tests are the most accurate

Over-the-counter pregnancy tests are not always accurate. Call around your town and find out if there is any type of free clinic. I believe Planned Parenthood will test you for free, as long as you watch a video.

It sounds like you're pregnant, if you're not, something is going on with your body. See a doctor.

your pregnant and the hpts dont alway show positive right away. you could also go to a planned parenthood and they will do a test for free. you have all the classic signs. good luck.
