No you can't play Xbox 360 games on Xbox.

No and if you have the core version of the 360 (not sure about the pro),
you have to buy a seperate piece to play orignal xbox games on the 360.

Ask yourself this question: If you can play 360 games on a XBX, what's the point of spending 300/400 bucks to buy the 360 when you can use the XBX to play 360 games?

The whole point of MS making the 360 is so that MS can make money by forcing gamers to buy the 360 if they want to play 360 games.

There's backward compatibility, but have you ever heard of forward compatibility.

No, you can't. Then everyone wouldn't buy the 360, and just buy the games, and keep there Xbox
