1 pc = 3.262 ly
Distance in pc = 1/Parallax in arc seconds ("), so:
1 pc = 1"
2 pc = 0.5"
and so on.
For example, if Distance is 4.3 ly then it is 4.3/3.262 = 1.318 pc and 1/1.318 = 0.76".
That should be enough information for you to fill in all the other values.
