If she is a racist you will have far more trouble ahead than being called a spoiled brat (which is sort of a mild but stupid comment she probably spits out at random).
If you really believe that she is biased though, keep an exact record of what she says and does, and let your parents get to the truth. Don't add in things are not true or are exaggerated because any lie will be found out and then she will get off the hook no matter what because you won't be believed at all.
If she doesn't cause any serious trouble (other than hurting people's feelings once in a while), then forget it and move on because she will never be an important part of your life.

It is probably not best practice to call students names. It is demeaning for both parties. However, she is in an unenviable position. She has doubtless struggled financially her whole life, worked two jobs to get through college, and now finds herself teaching kids who are given everything and most likely get more pocket money in a week than she earns in a month. Not only that, but both she and the kids know that it doesn't matter a jot whether these kids pass school or not. Their future is already assured. In this situation, I would be inclined to cut her some slack.

Teachers are human beings that come in all shapes and sizes.
No, she had no right to say to a student that they're 'a spoiled brat'.
Use this teacher as a learning tool to teach yourself tolerance ~~~ that way her evil will not go to waste and by learning you will have made the world a better place.

Unless you and the teacher are joking then that's not really acceptable.Your teacher should not be talking about your social class, rich or poor.I think your principal should have surprise visits on this teacher to see if she is doing her job correctly.I would definitely talk to my parent or principal if one of my teachers tried do something as unprofessional like that.

As a student, i don't think any teacher has any right to judge a student. My teachers talk to us as a whole, always telling us how we take things for granted, and even though i understand that, i choose to ignore hearing after a million times. Honestly, if i were you, i would just ignore it. Don't let their opinions affect you.

Absolutely not! Teachers should never express their personal opinions about their students. It doesn't matter how they feel about the students home life, personal style or anything else. It's none of their business. Students don't have business knowing their teachers home life, and vice versa.

Don't they teach you that it's wrong to call people names? It doesn't seem like your teacher sets a very good example. Fortunately, you get a new teacher next year!

My teacher called me a messay child when I was 20 years old and in college. I got over it. You should too.

Tell the principle. I'm black, do you like blacks? I have a teacher who hates me too. I know just how you feel. She should get in trouble for that.
