I never take my kits to the vet as they don't need to go unless there is a problem with them. Most vets don't know much about rabbits anyway, all their knowledge is from the book not actual experience. The mom should be able to take care of them just fine until they are ready to be weaned at 8-10 weeks of age. The mother's milk will provide all the antibodies the kits need and when they are ready they will eat and drink on their own. Unlike kittens and puppies bunnies don't need shots. So as long as they look healthy no need ot worry about taking them to the vet!

In the USA, rabbits do not need to be taken to the vet unless there is an illness or injury. There are no approved shot or innoculations that rabbits require. (UK has different requirements) If they seem fine and healthy, leave them be.
Taking the babies to the vet can be very stressful, and may expose them to other problems. After 8 weeks of age, make sure they are seperated (boys from girls) and find them good homes. (If you can't tell the difference between boys and girls, get someone to show you how to sex them. They can start breeding... each other!... at 12 - 16 weeks of age.)

I would call a vet. Maybe you already have a family veterinarian. It wouldn't hurt to call and just ask if there is special care, shot, supplements, etc., and they will be glad to give you advice on it. Make sure the vet specializes in small animals.
