howcome radio stations that are geared toward spanish speaking residents get better reception?

I'm here in my office, trying to work and listen to the radio....and it never ceases to amaze me.... I can never get any station to come in; except for the spanish radio stations... which come in loud and clear.... up and down the dial! Do you ever wonder why?

Yes, and I think there are more and more spanish radio stations all the time. It never amazes me anymore to run up and down the dial and find predominately a majority of spanish radio stations. You are right that they come in alot better too. They either are closer to us or they have longer distance ranging antennas.
