You will need a marriage license from Nevada. You can go to the local courthouse or magistrate and get one as soon as you arrive in Las Vegas. It also may be possible to get one at the wedding chapel as I have heard of such things.

No you need to get a marriage license in the town you are getting married in. It happened to my brother so I do know you have to get married in the town that is on the license too.

I believe you have to get married in the state the license was issued. I may be wrong on this. I am not very intelligent. I am not as smart as a 5th grader.

yep I was married in Vegas and the license was valid in the state I live in.
