I do not know about WV. I do know that I sold all of my maternity clothes on Ebay. I bought them at several different locations, or had them donated by friends.
Old Navy has outlet stores with maternity clothes.
Walmart and Kmart have some maternity clothes, but not "career wear", more casual options.
I would suggest buying Ebay. They are probably slightly used, but still in great shape. I had several sizes too, with my last baby I got so large from water weight.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Wal-mart and k-mart have affordable maternity clothes, and something is always on clearance there. alot of specialty maternity stores have clearances and sales all the time like motherhood maternity...and old navy has affordable things too. I personally, am 27 weeks and haven't invested in a lot of maternity clothes, because i'm not that big and can fit into a lot of clothes that are made of stretch like material. so...hope this helps...oh and if you don't want to make a huge investment in maternity clothes or a huge dent in your wallet, the thrift store is a good place to check, especially for clothes just to lounge around in.

You can check karesnmaternity.com for a directory of stores. They also have coupons and sales for all the major stores so you don't have to spend a bundle on clothes you're going to wear for just 4-5 monthes.
On a side note, I always designed my own t-shirts and couldn't find any printable blank maternity t-shirts anywhere but I recently stumbled on justmaternityblanks.com and I was thrilled with the shirts. Serious props to those guys.

Do you have a Target or Motherhood Maternity? I don't know how small Parkerburg is, but these two stores are very common and have affordable maternity clothing.

Check ebay. I have bought 2 pairs of jeans on there and they were in wonderful condition. I went to Target and refused to pay $30 for a pair of jeans that I am only going to wear for a few months. Wal-Mart has some cute maternity tops, but I don't think their pants are that stylish. They also don't have much of a selection.

i have no idea where that is, but try target or walmart. you're only going to wear the clothes for a few months, so i can't see spending a lot of money on maternity clothes. but try those two stores, they usually have some really cute things.

I agree with previous postings.....i had very good success with ebay. Also, ask your friends and family members if you can borrow any of their old maternity clothes.
