office romance and why?

Against. If you have a fight - you have to look at that person all day
and if you break up - it will be awkward coming to work and neither one of you can afford to quit.
Some people can actually make a go of it but I have to say it is totally not worth the drama

Against - Your work space should be separate from your romantic life. If you break up with the office romance, you will still have to see them at work which can make a very awkward situation, not only for the two of you, but for fellow employees..

its perfectly fine to be friends with people, but the minite it gets in the way of your work and or career you should try to avoid it.
romance in the office can go many different ways. if it goes forward then theres the whole preoccupation thing and you wont get your work done, if your lovey is sick youll probably stay home too, theres the chance of manipulation
also if the romance goes sour theres the chance of revenge going on, the awkwardness, etc.
im am unfortunatly against it.
but it is not my right to tell people otherwise, but i give advice when asked for it.

Totally against. Work and play do not mix and if you have an office romance you know you can’t help but wondering what he/she is doing all the time.…Too much drama so not worth it.

I'm neutral. if it is private and you do things outside of work yes. but if you are making out during office hours or IN the office then no.

It depends, if they can keep the romance out of work. and the fights from the romance away from work. because you can't bring your personal life into your work enviroment. and be working together like that.

I guess I would be for it. I'm sorry but if you are "adult" enough to have any form of romantic relationship, then you should be adult enough for handle it if it does not work. So, if you like a co worker, GO FOR IT!!!
