How to put downloaded games on ur PSP?

i have 3.03 i downloaded a game from pspblender.com GTA liberty city stories its about 450 mb.i had to download dis file utorrent.wat next?

Before you can play the game, your PSP need to be homebrew enabled. In order to be homebrew enabled, your PSP has to be downgrade to version 1.50.

For 3.03 PSP, you will need an unpatched copy of GTA Liberty City Stories (UMB) in order to downgrade to version 1.50.

Isn't that funny, in order to play your GTA: LTC, you need a copy of GTA: LTC.
