Do I have a infection if I didnt get my period for 3 months ?

Well how old are you? Are you under weight? Are you sexually active? If you're still young and haven't had your period for too long, then it will be sparce for the next while while youre hormones are going crazy inside of you. If you're underweight, ie Anorexic, you have have amenhreha, if you're sexually active, then hun go get tested and make sure you're not asking the question "baby?Maybe?" If none of this applies to you, as much as I think you should enjoy being freed of it, go and talk to a doctor.

Or if you're at an older age, maybe its the start of menopause?

Probably not. Depends on all your symptoms. Are you sexually active (pregnacy)? Are you really stressed out? Are you a young teenager that has not had your period long and maybe it's not regular? There are a million reasons why us girls might not have our periods. Only your doctor can say for sure. You should always see a doctor when there is a health concern. It may turn out to be absolutely nothing...but why take the chance!

I've never heard of an infection stopping your periods. Get a pregnancy test, and regardless of the tests results, you should see your doctor. It's not normal to stop periods unless you are pregnant or have gone through menopause.

Not necessarily------if you are feeling ok otherwise I wouldn't panic. if you haven't seen you gynecologist for awhile it might be a good time to be seen and get a pap smear. Good Luck!
