I need a guide or video about how apply a label onto CD, is hard for me! I need direction!

It depends on what kind of label system you are using. If you have paper labels that you print on with your printer, make your design and then stick the label on the non-data side. Simple as that!
If you're using lightscribe media, you need a compatible drive, media, and software. Check here if you're using this:

If you aren't using it, maybe it will work for you.

picture, music, other files also data. So there is no different if you copy or picture or a mp3 file or a word file to a CD or DVD or even usb flash...
