Can anyone provide me with a good link that outlines Misconducts, gross misconducts, match ect penalties. Must include situations, minutes. All situations and times served and by alternate players ect. Must be CHL or NHL. Thanks.
P.s. first descent response gets voted best answer. I also don't want to buy a manual.

You don't have to buy a manual. The NHL RUle Book is available for download as a PDF (17MB). Save it to a folder and you have it for ready reference. Here is the link: http://www.nhl.com/rules/index.html

This is the Be All and End All of NHL rules, The Penalties section runs from about Page 92 to Page 153. Outlines every type of Penalty and what constitutes a Minor, Major, Misconduct and Match Penalty in those situations.
The NHL Rules section also has videos with demonstrations of some common penalties

I'm sorry... but there aren't many good refs in the NHL.... at least not when they officiate Sharks game. Those biased idiots never give fair calls..... sorry... i couldn't help but laugh at your question.

The part of answer:
All game misconducts are 10 mins of penalty. Intention to injure is the same w/ an ejection. That's about it. Also, go ahead and google it..... you'll find it :)
