Pregnant three times and have never heard that news.... but never say never right? They are always changing things.
The only thing I say to eating too much of one thing is; you'll get really tired of it and might not like it so much after pregnancy. And if it's too much of something, say like tomatoes, I really foresee that you could be potentially setting yourself up for some serious heartburn... if you haven't gotten that already.
I LOVE tomatoes now and during my pregnancy... the extra vitamins in them are great for growing baby.
Any real concerns, just talk to your OB.

Old wives tale. All I wanted to eat with my second child was Mexican food - the good stuff at the Mexican family-owned places, not Taco Bell. I ate it several times a week, and the daughter I was pregnant with can't get enough of it now either!
Also, I liked avacadoes before that pregnancy, but during it I became obsessed with them and still am now. My daughter is 5 now, and they are her favorite food - no allergies.

So long as you get plenty of nutrition and vitamins then it doesnt matter if you eat thousands of tomatoes, you and your baby will be fine. That theory is a superstition so dont worry. I used lots of great healthy supplements for me and my baby and it worked so well, me and baby are in great health, I would recommend roseox for you to keep anti oxidants down to a minimum, schizandra plus to keep your cells strong and herbalifeline for your babies brain development and all round health. Try www.myhealthabcmall.com, good health to you and your baby, Jane

Thats not true, but, your child may have either an unnatural liking for tomatos, or a strong dislike for tomatos.

I dont think your baby will be allergic to tomatoes but love them! However, it best to speak with your doctor about this to ensure this.
