i dont want to beleve it i do want to go there one day to study at a college.oh and dont mind my speling i type to fast to care wat i writ.so dont anything rude about speeling.

Yes they are. But then again, so are all cultures. The Japanese just seem to have less inhibitions about being racist. It's not considered as "sinful" as it is in other cultures.

1. No entire nationality of people is ever the same, so asking if Japanese are racist is not a smart question. Some are, some aren't, just like everyone else on the planet.
2. The fact that you're typing fast doesn't excuse bad spelling or a lack of grammar. If you want to study at a Japanese college, you might want to start improving your writing skills now and save yourself some disappointment later.
