DX contains two much better wrestlers than Rated RKO does. The only wrestler with any real skills out of Rated RKO is Edge. I would still pick DX in a tag team match any day.

DX have more character and are able to work the crowd better.
Rated RKO are more opportunistic.
I prefer DX, mainly because i remember that days of HHH vs. The Rock and Big Show.

The Old DX n Rated RKO are pretty tied up...they both have talent...but the OLDDD DX was much funnier, and it had more memberz that dominated the roster...so id say neither, the OLD DX is better

DX Rules cause they break the rules. Orton is a rookie in my opinion, he's got moves, but not much experience. I'm a big DX fan, so yeh DX is better.

DX is older then a pair of stale musty gym socks! I like RatedRKO at least it's a NEW concept! I'm tired of DX i liked them better 10 years ago!!!
